We Walk you

Once the contract is signed, we’ll send over a short questionnaire to learn more about your business and services. From there, we handle the entire content writing process, design the site, get your approval, and move into development. The full process typically takes 3-4 weeks from start to finish.

COMPLETE QUESTIONNAIRE

We personally send a questionaire that is designed to get the most important information from you, for your website so that it can stand out from the rest.

STEP 2

DESIGN APPROVAL

We then do a video screen share showing you the first draft and make any changes you want to make so you're 100% satisfied.

STEP 3

DEVELOPMENT

Once approved, we can start coding the site our and setting everything up. We will send a demo link to view before we launch and go live.

FAQ's

How long does the subscription last?

The subscription plan requires a 12-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, it continues on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel after the 12 months, you’ll retain ownership of your domain, but access to the site design will be revoked.

What happens if I cancel after the 12 month minimum and want to come back?

To keep the service going, you'll just need to sign a new 12-month agreement.

What happens if I cancel before the 12 months are over?

If you cancel before the 12-month term is complete, you'll be responsible for the full cost of the website, minus any payments already made. We prioritize long-term relationships with our clients and look to work with those who share the same philosophy.

How do I handle late payments

We send email invoices through Square, which include a link to a secure payment page. Subscriptions are paid via credit or debit card—we accept all major credit cards. For lump-sum projects, we prefer ACH bank transfers to reduce processing fees. Please note: we do not accept checks or money orders.

$100 per additional page, is that one time or monthly?

The $100 per additional page fee is a one-time charge, not a recurring cost. So, if you need 3 extra pages, it’s a flat $300—not $300 per month.

Are there refunds?

When you sign a contract—whether for a lump-sum project or a subscription—if we’re unable to create a design you're completely satisfied with and you choose not to move forward, we’ll refund your initial payment. However, once we begin building the site, payments become non-refundable. Any refunds beyond that point are issued at our discretion.
